Lodging for the Meeting will available at hotels in Framingham (Best Western, Econo Lodge, and Sheraton) and in Natick (Courtyard By Marriott, Crowne Plaza, and Hampton Inn). Each hotel is offering a special meeting rate for those who call and make reservations; to get the special meeting rate, please use the code NES/MAA. In general, reserved room blocks will be held until Saturday, November 2, 2002. However, room blocks for which reservations are not being made may be released if event reservations are not being made and if hotels need the rooms. It is best to make reservations as early as possible.
